About Me

I am a PhD student in cognitive neuroscience at the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf, working with Tobias H. Donner and Andreas K. Engel. I am generally interested how the brain deals with information in the outside world and transforms this information into useful decisions and actions. I specifically use psychophysical, eye-tracking and electrophysiological methods to investigate how perceptual learning changes brain connectivity, and how these changes can be influenced by pharmacology.

Apart from the obvious information about my research and CV, I try to blog regularly about topics that I’m working on, and about goings-on in neuroscience I find interesting.
